All prices shown are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the prices shown. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details, stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
The price payable for the goods you order is as shown on our web site at the time you place your order plus any charges for VAT & carriage as set out in the order form.
Occasionally an error may occur with our system and goods may be incorrectly under priced, in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to change the price of goods, due to market conditions but we will confirm the prevailing price with you before accepting your order. We are not obliged to accept your order for such goods and may decline it or limit the order quantity.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

If on the rare occasion we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you immediately.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

The Customer will be required to submit a password which is needed to access their account. The Customer will be responsible for the security of this password and The Company advises that The Customer does not disclose it to third parties and that The Customer changes it on a regular basis. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from the misuse of The Customer’s password.
