Maddison’s was founded in 1995 by Nigel Maddison and the business began as a man in a van supplying to restaurants and cafes in the Colchester, Essex and Ipswich, Suffolk areas. It quickly grew and established a hard-earned reputation of a quality supplier offering excellent customer service.
Michelle Mersh took over ownership and management of Maddison’s in 2008. Michelle has a customer service focused background which led to a successful career in sales working within repeatable business environments. Michelle firmly believes that Maddison’s success is built on repeat business and is not just about the initial sale but the ongoing service which enables the company to grow and be a successful catering wholesaler.

Catering disposables was Maddisons initial product line but our customers drove the need to expand to include cleaning supplies and janitorial products.
