Prices and Payment
All prices shown are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the prices shown. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
The price payable for the goods you order is as shown on our web site at the time you place your order plus any charges for VAT & Delivery as set out in the order form.
Occasionally an error may occur with our system and goods may be incorrectly under priced, in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to change the price of goods, due to market conditions but we will confirm the prevailing price with you before accepting your order. We are not obliged to accept your order for such goods and may decline it or limit the order quantity.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
Delivery
- Delivery Destinations
Maddisons UK offer a fast, reliable nationwide courier service to mainland England, Ireland, Scotland And Wales.
In addition to this we offer a local delivery service in our own vehicles within a 25 mile radius of our base in Colchester, Essex.
- Delivery Prices
When you complete our checkout from your shopping basket, given the option to select from a drop-down list of delivery options.
- Standard UK Delivery
This is our nationwide courier delivery service to England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. This rate is based on total order weight and has a base rate of £7.20 for all orders up to 20kg. Additional kilos may incur an additional charge.
Free delivery:
Our nationwide courier service is provided free of charge on all orders over £50.00
Scottish Highlands Mainland , Northern Ireland and EIRE:
Courier delivery service, as above, with a higher base rate of £15.00.
- Delivery Timescales
Our delivery service level is a 2 to 3 day service however on most occasions (currently 99% of our orders) we deliver orders placed before 2pm the next working business day.
If your order is urgent ensure your next day delivery service at no extra cost by telephoning the office on Tel: 01206 871872 and mark this clearly in your order notes.
The delivery is a next business day before 5pm service.
For upgrades to this service, ie before 10.30am or 12 noon, please contact the office as these will incur an additional charge.
*Deliveries to Ireland may take up to three days.
